John Hilton

Founder and Trustee

The idea for Plan of Action came from John’s lived experience of baby loss. Following experience of miscarriage in October 2021, he encountered several obstacles that complicated the grieving process for him. These included a lack of appropriate leave from work, lack of understanding from healthcare providers and a scarcity of resources targeted towards men. Because of this, John’s ambition is to ensure Plan of Action is the leading men’s charity for baby loss.
